Storing of access data

During each access to the ets web page access data are stored at our server in a log-file about this process. Each record contains following information:

• IP address of the user

• Type of web browser 

• Date and time of access

The stored data are only used by ets for statistical purposes. A transmission to third persons is excluded.

Contact / e-mail

By mailing personal data via e-mail you agree, that this data are sent to ets. Your personal data are handled strictly confidential and are not passed to third persons. They are only used for processing your request and to get in touch with you.

Links

In conformity with the general laws, ets as provider is responsible for the contents of its web pages. The web site of ets also contains links to other web pages, without influence to their carrier. For external contents, which are made available via links, ets neither takes liability nor appropriates their contents. For illegal, defective or incomplete contents as well as damages which arise by using the information, the external web sites owner is exclusivly liable.

Ets does not apply cookies in it´s own web sites. But at linked web sites cookies optionally could go into action without we are not able to point out.
